Task#1 - Sending Connection Requests


Before you do this task#1 be sure you have already set up the following:

  1. Your Target Market or Niche  
  2. Formulated Your Offer Statement and placed that on your social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn (see sample below)


   3. Optimized your LinkedIn Profile (go back to the guide on how to optimize and do this)


You  need to prepare these 3 things before you start doing the daily tasks.

And now is the time to start connecting your target market or Niche.

If possible, you focus on one country or location and one market.

Make this an experiment and do one market at a time before you decide to shift.


A tutorial video to watch on how you can start to send your connection requests.

 

NO excuses please if you want to get your FIRST online bookkeeping client.

Remember:

If you master this and develop that habit of consistency, I tell you. You can have more than 20 clients or even build an agency.

This is not for short term wins. This is for your long term wins. 

If you start today and diligently do that ‘Daily Tasks’, you will reach your goal.

 

COMMIT to do this daily.

This is task#1 and will be your Daily task. 

This is not your day1 task but your daily tasks tomorrow and succeeding days.

Connect at least 10 of your target market and send the connection request script and place it to your lead generation tracker.

 

You can increase the number of your daily connections from 10 to 40 if you want.

Paste the script before sending the connection requests to avoid spamming.

Task#2 - Thank You Message

Task#2 - Thank You Message

Tasks for today:

  • Send 'Thank You' message to those who accepted your requests
  • Send 10 or more connection requests

Send thank you messages to those who accepted your connection requests and then cut the LI profile or FB link url from sheet 1 and place it in sheet 2 of your lead generation tracker.

Cheerleading is by ‘liking’ or ‘sending comments’ to your chosen market on their posts.

 

You will only like or make comments.

 

It does not necessarily mean you are knowledgeable about the topic posted on Facebook or LinkedIn.

Just by liking their posts or commenting, “ You are awesome!” or even giving greetings are the best ways to be noticed by your niche.

 

Your main goal here is to establish rapport.:-)

 Our next task is to create a lead magnet to send to our target market.

Just remember these criteria:

  • Implemented immediately
  • Gives QUICK win


LEAD MAGNET is something we can give away to our market, something valuable to them that when they apply it in their business, it will give an immediate WIN and RESULT.

You can create a lead magnet in pdf form, or video, or excel template or this could be a checklist, or a google doc that solves partially the problem or challenges they have from their business.

 

Pro Tip:

You can stalk Gurus with the same bookkeeping skill you offer in order for you to have that quick idea of lead magnet.


Now, here are samples of lead magnet:

Then when you have your lead magnet idea, it is time for you to create one.

  1. After sending your 'TY' message and there is no conversation after that, send the lead magnet script after 7 days.
  2. If you have sent the BCS script and no response at all, send the LM script after 10 days of sending 'TY' message.

Conditions for sending Cold Email:

  1. If your connection requests have not accepted for 1 month already.
  2. OR, if status is "seen zone" only to messages you sent after accepting your connection request and receiving your 'Thank You' message.
COLD EMAIL TEMPLATE (AFTER 1 MONTH OF NOT ACCEPTING THE REQUESTS) USE SNOV.IO, SKRAPP AND LEAD LEAPER TO EXTRACT EMAIL ADDRESSES.

Send this cold email template to your target market using your gmail account.


Reminder:

 

Maximum to send at least 30 emails a day, with time gaps in between because gmail monitors your sending of emails.

 

Like send 10 in morning, 10 in afternoon, 10 in evening.

  • Let people be aware of your freelancing service.
  • Way of getting referrals from fellow freelancers and or prospects
  • Makes you an authority of your service
  • Way of getting clients

How to Create a Client-Attracting Social Media Post

Consider your Mindset in posting valuable posts.

To Give. Not to Take.

You post consistently about 5x a week for 1 year

One idea (problem of your target market in terms of record keeping or bookkeeping) per post

You can search more of the pains and challenges of your market online.

Use PAS formula - Problem, Agitate the Problem and Solution.

To get clients, reach out to those who "liked" and commented on your posts. 

If you reach out to these people, they become your warm leads.

If you have old contacts, your friends, colleagues, old connections, or business owners' friends and contacts, you can use this script.

 

Send this to at least 5 contacts a day for 30 days.

This is the last task. Continue doing your Daily Tasks until you get your first online client. Do this consistently and you will never run out of clients.
